All returns
including core returns must have an RA number on the package, otherwise
the return will not be accepted. Please fill out the form below in order
to receive an RA number. |

All parts must be returned
in the original box with the ORDER number and the RA number written on the
outside of the box in order to receive credit. |

All authorized returns
should be returned via traceable means (e.g. UPS, Fed-Ex USPS or w/tracking)
to insure their safe return. |

We recommend you insure
your return. |
5. |
You are responsible
for the safe return of the product. |
6. |
If a return arrives
to us damaged or missing items, we will notify you and we will retain the
product & all packing materials for 30 days for your freight companies’
inspection. |
7. |
It is your responsibility
as the shipper to file a claim with the freight company you choose. |
8. |
It is our responsibility
as the receiver to notify you the shipper that the return arrived damaged
by your shipper. |
9. |
You will not receive
credit or an exchange from us if your return is damaged in transit back
to us or if it has been returned without an RA number on the box. |
10. |
All returns for credit
are subject to a 20% restocking fee. |
11. |
Credit will be applied
to your account withing 3-4 weeks upon receipt of the parts by our warehouse. |
